Abstract

The development of the present study took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, which allowed us to analyze how the disease changed the environment and activities of a restaurant-saloon, the food business outside the home, as it is called by businessmen in the segment. This study aimed to analyze the evaluation of the owner of a restaurant-saloon in the city of Guarulhos about the services adapted in the establishment to guarantee the operation during the COVID-19 pandemic, based on an interview carried out with the local entrepreneur.
