Abstract

This article presents a case study on the Buffon Network, which in April 2025 launched a training program in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for its employees. The training, consisting of four monthly sessions of two hours each, covered both theoretical foundations and practical applications of AI tools, including prompt engineering techniques and virtual assistant configuration. The experience demonstrated significant productivity gains in the Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance departments. The results were analyzed in light of both contemporary and classical academic literature, reinforcing the relevance of technological corporate education as a strategy for innovation and competitiveness. The study concludes that the planned integration of AI into human development can generate positive and sustainable impacts on organizational performance.
