Abstract

This article aims to present and discuss the strategic use of Business Intelligence (BI) in the educational context, highlighting how data collection and analysis practices—using accessible tools such as Zoho Survey and Zoho Analytics—can transform pedagogical management and strengthen the data culture within educational institutions. Grounded in a practical, collaborative approach tailored to the school reality, the study covers everything from the creation of customized surveys to the visualization and interpretation of indicators that support more assertive, inclusive, and student-centered decision-making. Based on workshops conducted with educators, essential steps were explored, such as defining objectives, designing instruments, exporting, and analyzing data—consolidating a methodology that values teacher protagonism, personalized learning, and evidence-based responsive management. Thus, the article provides technical and conceptual resources for education professionals interested in implementing digital solutions focused on innovation, analytical intelligence, and continuous improvement of pedagogical processes.
