Abstract

This article presents a proposal for integrated process analysis aimed at private educational institutions, focusing on the interconnection between administrative and academic sectors. Based on the observation of the student journey and institutional dynamics, the study seeks to understand how service flow impacts operational efficiency, student experience, and the quality of educational services. The methodology includes mapping of intersectoral flows, evaluation of regulatory deadlines, interviews with staff members, case studies, and continuous process review. The results point to improvements in agility, collaboration, and institutional quality, reinforcing the role of strategic supervision in educational management.
