Abstract

It aims to present what the law says in the internship, and also show that for many students besides being an opportunity to enter the organization, it is also a way of learning. But unfortunately in the present day, especially with this crisis in which we live , Some organizations are seeing the trainees as a "cheap labor", because the demand for trainees has increased and each day more vacancies arise in this market, some companies even require trainees who are in the first semesters of the college to have the availability of internship two years.
